Chenggong is one of the premier surfing spots in Taiwan, and arguably the best left-hander. Chenggong is a left point break, breaking close to shore over a sharp coral reef. On a NE or E typhoon swell, a barreling machine is created that will make even the saltiest of surfers happy.
In addition to the razor-sharp reef, there is also a very strong rip. Chenggong is for experienced to expert surfers only.
