Update Payment Method

We now support secure, manual updates of your card’s expiration date via ECpay, without your having to cancel your subscription and purchase a new one.

Thank you for helping us keep your payment information up to date. For your security, we do not store payment data on our website. Payment updates must be handled manually by our support team through our payment gateway ECPay. Please select one of the options below and submit the form. Option A allows you to keep your existing PRO subscription; Option B and C will require the cancellation of your existing PRO subscription and the purchase of a new one.

Option A：Update Card’s Expiration Date (no new subscription purchase required)

If your card number remains the same and only the expiration date changed, select this option.

What we’ll do:

Manually update your card’s expiration date in ECPay.
Keep your current subscription active with no interruption and no re-purchase needed.
Notify you by e-mail once the update is complete or if we require additional verification.

Last 4 digits of the card you used to purchase your subscription
New expiration date (MMYY)

Option B：Replace Card (cancel current subscription and purchase new subscription BEFORE current subscription expires)

If you need to switch to a different card number and want to update immediately, select this option.

What we’ll do:

Cancel your current subscription now to prevent the next auto-renewal charge on {next-payment-date}.
Update your Swelleye account so that you're able to purchase a new PRO subscription with your new card.

What you’ll do:

After we update your account and contact you via e-mail, you can purchase a new subscription any time at your convenience. Your Swelleye PRO access continues until {next-payment-date-time}.

What we’ll do:

After you complete the new purchase, we will refund the unused portion of your current subscription. As of today, your subscription has {days-remaining} days remaining. Therefore, the estimated refund would be NT${refund-amount}.

Option C：Replace Card (purchase new subscription AFTER current subscription expires)

If you prefer to switch cards after your current PRO subscription ends, select this option.

What we’ll do:

Cancel your current subscription now to prevent the next auto-renewal charge on {next-payment-date}. You’ll keep PRO access through {next-payment-date-time}.

What you’ll do:

Any time after {next-payment-date-time}, log in to your Swelleye account and purchase a new subscription with your new card.
