Double Lions is a fairly consistent beach break that offers lefts and rights year-round. Northeast swells during winter make a nice left along the rocks at the northern part of the beach. Southern swells during the summer make a decent right along the rocks at the southern part.
As with most breaks in Yilan, there’s a great view of Turtle Island while you wait for your next wave. Lots of great surf shops here. Double Lions can get crowded on weekends.
